A VERY early concept for season 3, Swag chan and Epic chan would have taken care of a baby, just like in Ojamajo Doremi Sharp. This baby was to be the complete opposite of Hana chan, she would have been loud, violent, and overall a huge brat. However, as more ideas and plans for season 3 were being developed, the baby concept started to feel very pointless and out of place. The baby was scrapped pretty early on, which is probably a good thing. The idea kinda sucked to begin with and i'm not sure how much we could've done with the concept. Plus i don't think anybody would've liked a fucking shitty annoying screaming baby.

Swag chan is, of course, the main protagonist of the series. Originally manifested into existence (not born) by the witch queen, Swag chan’s purpose is to bring kek to the witches, as the kekkest witch. Swag chan is 47 (and a half) years old, and was in her late forties already when brought into the world (pretty young for a witch - they can live past 800! Plus she has an excellent skin care routine). Swag chan presents herself as being bold and confident, and can be quite cocky and stubborn. However, deep inside she has insecurities, something which she can be embarrassed to admit. Swag chan used to be vehemently against cringe, but is now much more accepting and will embrace things she previously considered cringe. All of Swag chan’s swag power is stored in her eyes, which is why she wears her sunglasses as the power is so immense that anybody who looks into her eyes will immediately die. Her best tomodachi is Yolo chan, who she met outside of a Taco Bell (which of course led to the infamous Taco Bell incident, causing Swag chan to be banned from every Taco Bell location in Texas). Swag chan is in love with Epic chan, who is also the only person who can look at Swag chan’s eyes as they are soulmates. Swag chan also has a fan club dedicated to her (and later on, also dedicated to Yolo chan). Her favorite food is ramen.

Epic chan is one of the three main characters and is Swag chan’s girlfriend. However, they were initially rivals (which Epic chan was completely oblivious to). Epic chan was born as Majo Kawaii and lived in the Witch World with her best friend Smug chan and their fairies Nyanya and Bruhbruh until the day before she was supposed to graduate from college, when she was cursed, causing her to lose her memories and magic. She was then left in the Human World, where a woman who Epic chan affectionately refers to as ‘Gwanny’ took her under her wing. After Gwanny’s death, Epic chan became a recluse, until she discovered the kek witch next door… by the end of season three, Epic chan gains her memories and magic back.
Epic chan is extremely kawaii, and is sweet and kind to everybody she meets, although she can lose her temper easily when annoyed. She looks up to Swag chan, yet humbles her when necessary. Epic chan has the world record speedrun for Yo Mama 64. She tends to say ‘nya~!’ after almost every sentence and likes to leave cat puns on her door while out. She is the only person who seems to understand Peepee, which makes sense as back in Witch College, she had a passion for taking care of baby fairies.

Yolo chan is one of the three main characters and is the best tomodachi of Swag chan and Epic chan. In season two, she discovers that she is actually a wizard, the daughter of Wilbur and granddaughter of the Cringe Wizard, who both sent her to the Human World in her infancy so she could have an easier life, as it is not easy being a cringe wizard in the Wizard World. Yolo chan did not take this news well initially, as they have always tried to present themself as being cool so that her tomodachis would respect her, while suppressing the real them. Yolo chan learns to not be ashamed of herself and her interests and begins to fully accept themself. Yolo chan can be very sensitive and take things to heart, but appears to be much happier and genuinely more confident when they embrace being cringe. Yolo chan loves Hatsune Miku, My Little Pony and her Yolo spinner. They are also very skilled in magic.

Peepee is Swag chan’s fairy, given to her by the Witch Queen after Swag chan demanded her to. Peepee carries a glock with her at all times and is very violent and aggressive, particularly towards Yolo chan, and has gone as far as to tie her up and even make a voodoo doll of them. However, Yolo chan is not Peepee’s only victim. Peepee has attempted to hold people in a bank hostage after running away in season one, episode three, and was behind a shooting at Kekcon, where she harmed and possibly murdered an unknown amount of people. Peepee is also capable of taking the form of Swag chan, as shown when she took Epic chan out to dinner in Swag chan’s place, which didn’t go well as she ended up threatening the waiter. Peepee dreams of world domination and enslaving the human race.

Unnamed Taco Bell employee is a (deceased) Taco Bell employee who does not have a name. He probably does, but we will likely never find out what it is as 1) He is dead and 2) Nobody cares about him. Unnamed Taco Bell employee is rude and grumpy, and hates everybody. He hates Swag chan the most, as his life ended when Swag chan destroyed the Taco Bell that he worked at during the Taco Bell incident. Unnamed Taco Bell employee now works for God for all of eternity.

The Witch Queen is the ruler of the Witch World. She is the one who manifested Swag chan into the world and took on her and Epic chan as kek witches. The Witch Queen is very paranoid and will freak out at any sign of danger or cringe. She has a servant who seems to be one smart comment away from losing her job (and since we don’t see her servant after season one, it can be presumed that she did indeed lose her job) Swag chan affectionately refers to her as ‘Q-slice’, ‘Q-dawg’ or occasionally ‘the Queeninator’, which the Witch Queen despises.

The Cringe Wizard is, well, a cringe wizard. He is initially a villain, spreading cringe around the Witch World and aiming to defeat Swag chan. However, when finally confronted, he is easily beaten and breaks down, explaining his tragic backstory. The Cringe Wizard did not lead an easy life, as he was abandoned by his family and then raised by monkeys. He was bullied at school and given wedgies, and pissed himself as an adult. The kek witches pity him and take him out for mochi ice cream, which inspires him to turn over a new leaf. He is the father of Wilbur and the grandfather of Yolo chan. According to Epic chan, he smells like a mixture of cheeto dust and a Smash Bros tournament.

Wilbur (previously known as the Bar Wizard) is the son of the Cringe Wizard and the father of Yolo chan. We first encounter Wilbur in a bar in the Witch World, where Swag chan interrogates him. Wilbur is a loving father who cares for Yolo chan more than anything, sending her to the human world as a baby for a better life, teaching her to not be ashamed of herself and to embrace who she is and making them hot chocolate just the way they like it when they come to visit.

Gucci chan is the leader of the Swag Squad (now known as the Swag chan/Yolo chan Fan Club). She certainly is a natural born leader, as she is brave, badass and always tries (key word: TRIES) to lead the rest of the fan club in the right direction. She admires Swag chan, who is a hero to her, and will always help Swag chan or any of her other friends when they are in need.

Egg chan was a member of the Swag Squad, claiming to be Swag chan’s biggest fan. However, Egg chan’s life was tragically cut short when she was murdered in cold blood by a shadowy creature, very likely to be Sus kun. Nobody seems to notice that she is dead.

Denpa chan is a member of the Swag Squad. She is a robot who somehow runs on blood, a phenomenon that is never explained. She is extremely intelligent and enjoys analyzing everything and rating things out of 10. She constantly tries to keep Based chan under control and out of trouble, and attempts to put up with the things that Drip chan says. Denpa chan loves to drink water and tries to drink it repeatedly, knowing full well that she will, once again, face the consequences.

Based chan is a member of the Swag Squad. She is extremely hyperactive at all times and seems to be perpetually stuck in the early 2010s. She loves image macro memes, breaking the fourth wall and her iPad, and her vocabulary is mainly made up of words like ‘derp’, ‘awesomesauce’ and ‘roflcopter’. Her favorite food is waffles and she will often refuse to eat any other food, flying into a rage, though she seems to also like mochi ice cream and popcorn. Based chan is another violent character and is known to have murdered at least one person, stating that she ‘trolled him’. Based chan is a self taught artist, creating rage comics. Sus kun, who she calls Muffinz, lives in her basement.

Drip chan is a member of the Swag Squad. She seems to always be stoned and is always saying the weirdest shit, to the confusion of everyone and much to the annoyance of Denpa chan. She is quite oblivious and tends to not pay attention, although she can also get existential, questioning the world and the meaning of life. Although Drip chan can come across as being completely stupid, she can actually be a genius and say intelligent thoughtful things - as Drip chan states herself, ‘sometimes I do be thinking’.

Edgy chan is a member of the Swag Squad. Previously part of a biker gang and always an effortlessly cool, total badass, she is respected and admired by pretty much everyone - even Swag chan, who initially saw her as a rival and a threat. She is a legendary DDR duel champion who has only ever been beaten once. She wears an eyepatch due to an accident which she refers to as the ‘Hot Topic incident’, in which Sus kun attacked her. Edgy chan is currently romantically involved with Based chan, though she was previously infatuated with Swag chan.

Cheeto kun is a minor character. He enjoys video games and regularly plays Smash Bros with his friend, the Cringe Wizard. He also queued overnight outside Gamestop for the release of Yo Mama 64 2 and took the last copy from Swag chan. He seems to have something against Swag chan as he also furiously demanded a refund from her after she rickrolled everyone during the One Year Special (although he did not pay anything).

Papa Kekmas is the Kekmas equivalent of Father Christmas (Kekmas is like Christmas but way more based). When Papa Kekmas gets ligma, it is up to Swag chan to take on his role and save Kekmas! Papa Kekmas seems jolly like his Christmas counterpart, but will often mutter insults and obscenities under his breath, which everyone can hear. Just like Santa, he has his own reindeer - Glizzy, Gloopy, Yoinky, Bingus, Stinky and the other ones. He enjoys being left out Among Us Happy Meals on Kekmas night. He resides in Philadelphia.

Sus kun is a catboy who lives in Based chan’s basement and rarely goes outside. He is silent but deadly, having murdered ‘a few’ people - at least, that’s what Yolo chan claims. His hobbies include playing DDR, which he is a master at, and drawing his fursona and My Little Pony fanart. He hates taking baths. Sus kun loves his girlfriend Yolo chan, who he is always staring at and seems to be calm around. He also taught her to embrace her interests. The two spend a lot of time together.

Smug chan is a witch who is Epic chan’s childhood best friend, when Epic chan was known as Majo Kawaii. They were roommates in Witch College until Majo Kawaii ‘went missing’. Several years later, while out on a walk, Smug chan accidentally found herself in a portapotty in the human world, where she would soon find her best tomodachi. Smug chan is indeed smug, and is pretty chilled out and laid back. She is banned from Tumblr and loves Funyuns. She tends to talk in her sleep, dreaming about eating more Funyuns or about Among Us. She has a fairy named Bruhbruh and is good friends with Matcha chan, with whom she played a 72 hour Yo Mama Kart marathon - without bathroom breaks.
